“King Street” is a full-scale home renovation nestled along a quiet alleyway just steps from bustling King Street in the heart of downtown Charleston.

In collaboration with Kingswood Homes, we transformed this three-story residence down to the studs, reimagining the floor plan to create a more open, welcoming home for a growing family.

Every architectural detail, from the cabinetry and stone selections to the tile work and millwork, was thoughtfully considered to achieve a timeless, clean, and light-filled aesthetic. Furnishings were selected with both beauty and durability in mind designed to withstand the demands of family life while maintaining a sense of refinement.
