“Poe Avenue” is a new construction project completed in collaboration with builder and developer Sammy Rhodes, creating a dream beach retreat for our clients on Sullivan's Island. From the earliest stages of construction, we carefully selected every detail from tile and wood paneling to cabinetry, trim, and crown molding to establish a home that feels relaxed, approachable, and effortlessly livable.

The interiors were designed with a soft, monochromatic palette, emphasizing layers of texture and subtle dimension. Natural materials, thoughtful finishes, and tonal furnishings create a sense of calm while adding depth and visual interest throughout the home.

Our clients brought with them a beautiful collection of existing artwork, which served as an important foundation for the design. We then helped curate several additional pieces to complement their collection and complete the story of the home. This thoughtful blend of old and new gives the interiors a collected, personal quality creating spaces that feel both elevated and welcoming, with the warmth and authenticity that truly make a house feel like home.
