Photographed by Julia Lynn, this downtown Charleston home underwent a full-scale interior renovation in collaboration with Kingswood Homes. Just off King Street, the home blends the energy of its location with a sense of quiet privacy.

Reimagined for a young family, we completely reworked the floor plan to better support daily living. The kitchen was transformed from a galley layout into an open, entertaining space now the true heart of the home complemented by a butler’s pantry, mudroom, and expanded storage throughout. A tailored primary closet and fully renovated bathrooms brought a cohesive, elevated feel, while a new third-floor bedroom allows room for the family to grow.

From floor plan development through final styling, this project reflects a thoughtful balance of function, beauty, and timeless design.
